ACTING 

Garth is an experienced, respected and highly sought after acting teacher and coach, who has over 24 years of experience in the stage and screen industry. His teachings span across all elements of live performance and screen.

A NIDA acting graduate, he also spent time at RADA, London, where he focused on Shakespeare and heightened text in performance. Selected career highlights include: Twelfth Night – Bell Shakespeare, Orlando – Sydney Theatre Company, Photograph 51 – Ensemble Theatre, The Woman in Black – Ensemble Theatre, and the TV series In Our Blood and Head Start. Garth draws directly from these experiences to ensure his teaching practice is relevant, precise, exciting, comprehensive and rigorous.

He has trained thousands of actors and students and works as a teaching artist for major institutions such as: Sydney Actors School, NIDA, Bell Shakespeare, Sydney Theatre School, Sydney Performance Academy and more. Garth is also a qualified VET Trainer & Assessor with his Certificate 4 in Training & Assessment for the VET training sector.
