Screen Acting

Catherine recently completed a national tour of Shakespeare’s Hamlet, touring 32 venues across Australia. Catherine made her Feature Film debut in Roache-Turner Brother’s Wyrmwood, which had its World Premiere at Fantastic Fest in Texas; as well as Busan Int. Film Fest.

Recent theatre credits include Return to Earth by Lally Katz at Griffin Theatre Company, the role of Dawn in the Australian Premiere of Shallow Slumber by Chris Lee and Disarming Rosetta for Hothouse Theatre. Catherine’s other theatre work includes the role of R.C in BUG by Tracy Letts for Griffin Independent which she also co-produced, Queen Elizabeth in Siren Theatre Company’s production of Richard III at Carriageworks; the World Premiere of Colder by Lachlan Philpott and the Australian premiere of The Cold Child (Das Kalte Kind).

Television appearances and short films include Silent Country, 225, The Pessimist, CI Channel’s Tough Nuts 2, Behind Mansion Walls, All Saints and Let Go (Best Actress at Brisbane Int. Film Fest).

Catherine graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) with a BA in Acting and continues to teach for the National Touring Program.

She was a recipient of the major Mike Walsh Fellowship and The Dame Joan Sutherland Fellowship from The American Australian Association in 2013, which assisted her to study at The Barrow Group Theatre in New York the same year.
